A contemporary retelling.
A façade of glazed brick columns, a curvilinear band of brickwork and glass walls reference the adjacent church and old buildings of Russell Street. This traditional foundation contrasts with a more contemporary material palette above, creating an elegant differentiation of form. Lightness and elegance
The interiors of Luminess are designed by the acclaimed Kathy Demos who worked in close collaboration with her brother, John Demos, in crafting the building as a cohesive whole.
Each space is carefully considered for those who will occupy it, with large open floorplans providing the flexibility for an ever-evolving way of living. The higher-level balconies offer impressive views out over Melbourne, while the lower level terraces overlook the bustling streetscape – perfect for entertaining guests on a warm evening.View Gallery
